ADD NEW CARD DETAILS

If your payment card has expired, please follow these instructions. 

Add a new payment card

  1. Click the ‘Add payment method’ button and add a new payment card
  2. Once you have added a new payment card, click the ‘Delete’ button on the card that is no longer in use
  3. If your subscription renewal failed in the last 48 hours there is nothing more for you to do. The system will automatically attempt to process your order
  4. If it has been longer than 48 hours, please reactive your subscription
