If you wish to change your next subscription dispatch date, click ‘View’ next to your subscription and use the date picker. 

  1. When you are ready to continue your subscription, click ‘View’ and then press the ‘Reactivate’ button. You may want to adjust your subscription schedule by using the date picker,
  2. If your subscription has been cancelled and you have changed your mind, please email [email protected] and we can reactivate it for you.

You can save money on your subscription using our ‘Share the Secret’ programme.  All you need to do is share your ‘Share the Secret’ code (shown above) with your friends  who will receive £20 off their first order. You will receive £20 store credit each time your code is used. Store credit will be automatically deducted from your next subscription payment. This means that if you are on the Beauty subscription and you refer six friends, your next renewal will be FREE!

When you reactivate your subscription, please check your card details are up-to-date. If your card details are not up-to-date, we will not be able to process your next order.

If your subscription is on hold it may be because we were unable to take payment because your card has expired. Please click here to update your card details

If your subscription has been on hold for more than 48 hours, you may need to reactivate it and adjust your subscription schedule.
